Playing Up Procedure
To Call up a player from another Goulbourn Competitive Team - suggest 72 hrs for completion
Please follow this process when calling up a player from another Goulbourn Competitive Team (recommend you start this at least 72 hrs before your intended callup game)
1. Check with sending coach for suggestions on who to callup.
- please spread your callups around, especially for younger players as they need to eperience all positions
2. Call players and parents to determine they are interested.
3. Submitted request to ERSL for PuP (Playing Up Permit) using the ERSL website
- login in to your ERSL account (team management account) and on the left hand side, select "Playing Up Permits".
4. Email the GSC using "headcoach@goulbournsoccer.ca" to notify them of your request.
5. Once you have done this successfully, your PUP will be passed to the GSC automatically. A club rep will then approve your PUP.
6. Players appear on your gamesheet from ERSL once they are appoved.
Remember - providing at least 72hrs notice of your intention helps to ensure a timely process. If you use less than 72hrs you may not have enough time to ensure this gets done before your intended game.
To Call Up a Player from Recreational - suggest 1 wk for completion
In order to callup a player from Rec for an ERSL game, the Rec player must first be setup on the ERSL as a callable player.
To do this, please send an email to "headcoach@goulbournsoccer.ca" indicating your intentions.
You MUST include the following information;
Player First and Last name, their DOB (Jan-23-1990), and their OSA# (retrievable from Debbie in our office (Admin@goulbournsoccer.ca)
Once set up the club head coach will reply to your email indicating the player has been setup.
You are then free to callup as per normal.
