Open Discussion will be on the following areas:

a) Registration and Refcentre
b) Changes to Classification
c) Rule Changes
d) Specific Rules for GLSL and ERSL

d) Open questions on any Laws of the Game

The GSC is a respected provider in the EODSA of good referees for soccer.  This clinic is a part of the on-going learning process that helps develop those good referees.

Change at Head Referee

There has been another change at the Goulbourn Soccer club in the position of Head Referee.

Mr. Joe Drouin has resigned as head referee for work and personal reasons. His efforts over the last year have been monumental and we of the RAC want to thank Joe for all his hard work and effort.

The club is looking for a replacement and that effort will continue. In the meantime the soccer club can and will continue to deliver the best soccer experience possible through its' quality programs, facilities and volunteers.
