Refund Policy
Administration Fee
All refunds must be requested using the Refund Request Form. The form can be emailed to admin@goulbournsoccer.ca or brought to the club office at 1553 Main Street, Stittsville.
A $30 Administration Fee will be charged for all refunds which were initiated by the player.
If the refund is initiated by the Club (for example a program is full) the Administration Fee will be waived.
All Refund Requests must be originated by the parent/guardian of the player not the coach or team manager.
Medical Refunds
- The Club will offer pro-rated player registration refunds in the case where a player must cease playing soccer due to medical reasons. A doctor's statement will be required to finalize the refund.
- All medical refund requests must be submitted to the office ON OR BEFORE JULY 15 TO BE ELIGIBLE.
- It is the Registrar’s discretion to decide the refund percentage.
Player-Initiated Refunds
Youth Competitive:
- There will be no refund after the player accepts his/her team placement. Acceptance is considered final when given verbally to the coach or by signing the Competitive Registration Form.
All other programs:
- The Administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests.
- Refunds requested from May 1 thru June 15 will be at 50%.
- There will be no refunds issued after June 15th.
