Registration Form FAQ
Q: Can I register at the club office?
A: Yes, starting Wednesday March 11,2009 during posted office hours.
Q: Where can I download a registration form, to be either mailed-in or brought to registration?
A: Forms are not available for download. All registrations will be walk-in. Forms are available at the club office during posted business hours. If you played last year, there will be a pre-printed form waiting for you at registration.
Q: Do I have to register myself/my child in person?
A: Yes as we require an original signature for insurance purposes.
Q: Any exceptions?
A: Yes, one. If a player is an out-of-town university student, then contact the registrar on/before April 18th with your intention to register, and you can register when you get to Ottawa at the early rate. If necessary, we can do the registration by mail.
Q: Can I request my child play with a specific friend? - NOTE This is for Recreational only !!
A: Yes, You can e-mail your Age Group Coordinator (AGC) with your request. More info can be found on the Programs page. ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY MAY 1. Please keep your request to just one other player. Please note that no promises are made regarding these requests unless you have already volunteered to coach.
Q: Do you take credit/debit cards?
A: The on line registration system will take Visa, Master Card or American Express. No debit cards are accepted. If you are paying by cash or cheque you must register at the Goulbourn Soccer Club office.
